Yeah, its all happening in Southwest Market. The most corrupt practices are being followed here in stores. The most interesting fact is that there is a huge “Age Based” discrimination going on in this market in particular, and to top it all off, it all starts off with the VP and then followed like a chain. A HUGE, very HUGE pressure is on the good for nothing: DOSs and the Area Managers (Arizona State is definitely filled with these), SMs are being trained into forcing reps to print quotes which reflect the VZ Home Protect (which nobody wants), then they want reps to push Set up & Go whether the customer wants to do it themselves or not, Credit Cards which they want people to apply while they are in the store which is another form of harassment for the customer & the Rep which HONESTLY should be in the Media Already or else like the SMs say “IT WILL GO INTO YOUR DIGITAL LOCKER” to harass the reps into doing it. Not even that, they are offering “BILL CREDITS” in case a customer falls in that trap. Waiver of 4 activation fees on one VZ Home or a Credit Card Sale. Are they being serious?? Are they even allowed to simply give out credits on the customers bill, if they just add a feature which makes “THEM” look good and us like id--ts so they can then get their fake raises every year??? How’s THAT fair? Talking about cost cutting huh Hans? Look at these folks what they do. Well if the CEO is corrupt himself then what can one say??? “ERICSSON”!!!” Even sharing it with HR will do “NOTHING”, bcz they’re Simply There For The Company’s Interests, not Employee’s. ANOTHER & a COMPLETE & thorough investigation should be done in every AZ Store to make sure no employee is harassed out of their jobs in case if they don’t add the necessary features which makes the GM & the above people look good. Thats what they are there for. “KELLER & FAKE PATE” for sure for sure for sure. I’m sure people will ADD more names to it and then we’ll see. Thats all one has to say. Whatever goes into the so called “Digital Locker”, is just their way of harassing individuals to have their ways to make themselves look good or “Screwing Customers”. Obviously FAKE SMILES aren’t gonna make reps look good right PATE (Oh and Btw ANYONE can wake up in early morning in case they’re getting paid a Six Figure Salary, Show Off that FAKE energy showing up to the stores as if “YOU CARE”) VPs are under pressure to have people sign up for the Credit Cards so they’re pressing down on people below them bcz rhey don’t wanna lose out on the Golden Parachute on THEIR way out. One does NOT have to be pressurized by some 18-21 year age range SM on how to do one’s job where as they stay at the back taking those nonsense phone calls, watching Tik Tok or showing off or even harassing employees when they themselves try to cut short and DO Wayyy less( Key-holders should ask for a raise if it’s EVEN worth it) and we as Sales Reps running the show. Lets start with the most corrupt name which comes into one’s mind “Keller” and lets add many more to this list and CALL THEM OUT!!!! Funny part is, we all know the respective names below him. One can only imagine how many like them there will be. What’s one gotta lose anyways. They’re all corrupt and they should be exposed completely along with their “Area Managers” as well. Peace ✌️!!

Honestly, these practices are OLD. They clearly have gotten into a LOT of lawsuits somewhere and are using view together as a way of having a scape goat in case a customer tries to go after them. The only difference is: back 10 years ago, they would actually pay you decently to do this. You would put up with the mental bs because you could afford a house, a car, vacation time. Now: pennies, you get paid pennies. I remember when even upgrades would pay you well and now you need to crank out at least 5 upgrades to equal the payout of 1 new line. And that 1 new line pays out less than $.15 saying you have already hit team goal.
Vestberg is sinking the company, and all upper leadership is pure toxicity. Seen it several times where upper leadership has gassed up a rep, promised the is getting promoted...ect, the rep goes and ki-ls it. The rep lands all their numbers, then something simple happens, they get sick and call out a day, or something happens and they are running behind. Instantly the rep gets bad mouthed on a private manager chat from the upper leadership to the gms/ams, then the gms and ams are micromanaged to death over ir making their lives just as stressful.
We once worked for a company that at least treated their employees well, now we work to line the pockets of a ceo that does nothing. I would love to have an "Office Space" style talk with Hans: "so Hans, what would ya say...YA DO HERE?".

They have been doing that since 2012. Maybe the product or service has changed but they been pushing junk since I got here.
This happends daily @ the camelback store in phoniex az . Then they shout it out proudly in the slack groups. Very pathetic .
Most of the time I goto any type of store with a saleperson involved they push things to one extent or another. Almost any type of store I’ve been to with a credit card pushes it at a minimum during checkout. They all want to sell insurance and an extended warranty on everything whther a salesperson, cashier, or self checkout.
HR will do nothing. Report it to the ethics team. You can even do it anonymously. They give you a case number so you can keep an eye on the status of it.
numbers and traffic is terrible everywhere. Goals are way to high. they are desperate.
