Heard 10% next month across the board. Already asking select people if they will take a package. Didn't hear anything about a date. Dirs were at HQ last week for "meetings". Anyone else?
Heard people started getting calls this week if they were interested in a package. Anyone have any news?
Rumor started they started planning for one in October again possibly impacting frontline.
Layoffs are never done. Do yourself a favor and get the he-l out of that company.
Lol for now. Layoffs every year since being under Hans leadership Jan/Feb and Oct/Nov timeframe. They happened before his “leadership” but not as often and large.
If you make it through yesterday, for the most part we are save until Nov. They will have those ancillary RIFs periodically. This is the VZ pattern. If you make through Nov then breathe for the holidays and then wait again for Feb.
