What have we seen so far? Each time the commission structure has changed, it has paid us wayyyy less where as, GMs, Area Managers, “Good For Nothing DOSs” & VPs get their thousands of dollars added to their take home VS bottom line employees suffer THE MOST. Out competitors like AT&T & T-Mobile are already unionized and these “Games” aren’t played with the employees there. Each time they have changed it, out take home based on the At Rick commission, have decreased, but at the same time all the other respective parties, as mentioned above have gotten BIG TIME bonuses, YET nobody is talking about that. Union would be a perfect answer to the atrocities yet to come, everybody is seeing it, yet they wanna see the picture the management paints for them in terms of how much better it will be. It should be everywhere in Social Media possible. People are smart and they will understand in an instant how drastic it will be. Hans is planning his Golden Parachute along with other jokers in the company.

They didn’t give workers ownership of the company. Assuming you’re referring to stock together, it is literally a variable bonus that fluctuates based on our share price and what you would earn in dividends if you actually owned X number of the Verizon shares you were “granted”, which you do not.
Giving employees shares does not make a company socialist anyway, many companies do and their track records vary greatly, compare railroad benefits to walmart “benefits”.
As for commissions, if they do this properly it has the potential to reward the employees actually doing the work even without raising the budget. Give everyone the same quota and at risk and let me take back the money I’ve been giving to the reps who put up less than half of my volume. In a store with 7 reps, 2 of us have been putting up a little over half of the volume for the last couple years, the leeches owe us.

It's going to individual commissions. Lazy reps will make less and productive reps will make more. New coaching standards will (Elevate) the sales team. Accountability and observations are coming back. Plan will be announced by March 1st. New pay plan begins April 1st.

Remember this plan comes from the same people that thought awardQ points would motivate us to excellence. The same company that told Apple that we didn't want the iPhone. You need to think bigger. It's not your GM or DM or Even the directors and VPs making out well. Heck they fired all the area presidents a few years ago. That was an SVP position. They also fired several of the old 6 VPs and replaced them but now there are only 5.
The things happening are rolling down From Hans and the board. Research Hans, Black rock and the WEF (there will be lots of conspiracy nonsense if you research but there are nuggets of truth).
They are gutting an American company as part of their globalization mission. You are the factory workers in Detroit that suddenly found themselves living in the rust belt as manufacturing was globalized.
I’m an AM and my commission check is only $300 more than my reps.
Eventually this company will learn without good employees their profits will plummet. Treat the employees better and not like pawns and I guarantee you see a turn around in profits. Capped out is a term they tell you because they will eventually get rid of you, or you just aren't worth it to them. My guess is the latter.
commission is not changing stop spreading false rumors and hopes. If anything they get rid of it.
I’m no fan, but you are tinfoil hat out of your fkn mind if you think GMs get the gravy when commissions have changed. There have been 5 commissions changes since I’ve been around as a GM, and none of them added to my base bay, nor was beneficial to me. When I became a DM, same song and dance, if it’s a sh-t change for you, it sits the same with DMs and lower (that’s what my experience has been). Don’t go all “woe is me” automatically and assume you are the only one impacted. They make these changes to make rich people money, not improve employee engagement. Just tone down the “my GM and DM” make 100s of thousands of dollars bs…. You have no real clue wtf you are talking about there, and lose your credibility. Btw… i am very highly paid for my job because i had awesome bosses who rewarded their teams… i don’t get raises anymore because i “capped out”… and i make no where near where you imply people in my job do.
