They got rid of 70pct of them and the Channel. The remaining got merged with Consumer Retail. The Consumer DM could care less about them and the agents. They now got rid of the remaining ones making them all compete with others for the Client Partner roles. Most IAMs have limited skills other than cheerleading and they don’t even do that anymore. They all got comfortable and the warnings have been available for years and the remaining ones did nothing. No one should be surprised.
Didn't all the IAM get let go on the west coast last year?
Looks like they are going to have a regional Client Partner work with the agents locally as the point of contact. All issues will be transferred to a central location like PACT or COE. They are going to make all IAMs compete for the 30 or so CP jobs. This is crazy.
Was a plan announced for who/which team will take over their duties because unless we are cutting off all indirects, it will be a sh-t show.
I literally know a couple that were just hired 2 months ago! Horrible for them
Yes it’s true. My friend just got let go in Tennessee and said that all the IAM got released.
