Yes, they have to disclose roles, ages, for those selected and not. However, they know how to aggregate at such a level to make it useless. Don’t expect much. Lawyers at work!

I don't know if I read this correctly but it sounds like they will have to disclose HOW they determined who was being laid off. If so, this will be interesting.

Severance is strictly at the discretion of the employer. It's all boilerplate and can be revoked at any time by the employer.
