What is the average bonus for salaried employees this year? How is it calculated?

I got SIRP du Soliel'ed in August, It appears i got 63%. meaning the 45%-65% post seems correct.
my last year i got 5 patents, 2 papers accepted to Ford Global Control Conference (FGCC), a submission to the HFTA. Plus I was maintaining all my everyday work.
But I was from the wrong village... (USA)
Thanks, most ethical company!
I was SIRP'd in August and haven't been back to this forum in months. I am shocked to see that Ford is (may?) be giving bonus payments to those of us that were SIRP'd? I expected that I would get nothing because I wasnt employed at the time of the bonus payment distribution... I won't hold my breath... But I'll be pleasantly surprised if I see a deposit in my account. Even if it is hammered way down due to their new harsher performance evaluation criteria.
For the people that retired (not SIRP'd). A lawyer should look into how much % they got. Say if all got 80%, is OGC going to stand in court any say not a single retire did an amazing job for the 11 month!?
Whatever it ends up being, there will be many unhappy employees who feel slighted.
I was told by a LL+ that I somewhat trust the "recommended" range for people SIRP'd is 45% - 65%.
Figures f’d by Ford one more time! At least this is the last time. Funny thing is I’m rolling in money this year - I’m talking LL6 or LL5 kinda money. I worked 8 months, then got paid for 9 more plus I worked a month at my new company! So essentially I worked for 18 months last year! Oh and my new employer was handing out bonuses like it was Wall Street so they gave me one too for a months work! Can you imagine Ford ever doing that?
I was told by a LL+ that I some what trust the "recommended" range for people SIRP'd is 45% - 65%. They also said the average performer who "just did their job" is 70%. Hope they are wrong.
Hi SIRP'd in August here. I would assume that those of us that were employed through Aug. 31st will have this formula:
AICP target1.48.8 (80% is there new met goals baseline from what I'm hearing) * 2/3rd (since we didn't work the last 4 months of 2022).
So if your target is $10k. You'd get about $7900 before the government's greedy hands take their withholding. ($10,0001.480.8*0.67).
Anyone hear anything about what "performance" percentage people are getting that were separated and or people who retired are getting?
Separated - 148% x (months worked/12) x Performance % ? = ?
Retired in Nov - 148% x (11 months worked/12) x Performance % ? = ?
Just look on HR Online and it tells you . . . troll . . .
From next year only losses so no bonuses. Look for better companies. Good luck.
First, they aren't 'taxed' at 22%, they are with held at 22%. Second when you add in Medicare/SS (7.65%) withholding and Michigan Income tax withholding (4.25%), that comes to 33.8%.
They other poster just picked 65% since it was simpler than the above and saying 66.2%.
Bonuses are considered supplemental wages and are taxed at a flat 22% not 35%
It’s 148% not 158%
AICP is 158% this year. So you take your target times 1.58. Then your personal factor (rumor is that meeting your goals will result in 80%?). That is then multiplied to get your total.
Then the filthy politicians take 35% in total withholding.
There is no average as the targets very wildly as you go up the levels and throw HTHD into the mix.
Its calculated after the greedy pigs have their share
If you were a Ford employee, you'd know. Since you arent, its non a yo bidness.
