Seems like they are pumping up full timers to make them think it’s all going to be great and that they will make more $$$ by having monthly bonus …
Lol lol lol lol

Our FTOW’s here were told they’d be getting a 10% monthly bonus. I asked him if they have been told if it’s based on team, territory or the stores they write.. he had no idea

our region has already said merchandisers will get paid monthly bonuses based on 10% of their pay. We go live April 1st.

Sales reps that became merchandisers are essentially getting paid the same as when they were reps. The pay is just broken down to a hourly rate. They still get a quarterly bonus if the team hits the objective. There is talk that the merchandisers will start getting a monthly bonus too.

No, merchandisers will be the "new" sales reps, the company just won't call them that.

The merchandisers also won't get the car, pay, or benefits that the sales reps position includes.

Now you all understand what the company is doing? Yes, that's right, they want people doing a mostly sales rep role, without the pay or benefits...

Rural territories in our area do not have high store counts. They have 1/2 to 1/4 the amount of stores everyone else has on their routes.

I used to do 2-4 hour round commutes on a rural territory of 14 stores pre-mission 1 restructure. It was super unmanageable then. So 20-30 stores even for rural territories sounds about right if they plan on actually cutting sales reps.

What area are you guys talking about? Different territory’s must be doing different things? A place densely populated like south Florida can’t be doing the same reform as a rural less populated area right?

I’m sorry. My math wasn’t right. 3wks before the go live date I was told. Then had to stay 3 wks after to get the transition. So march 6 sounds about right.

We found out 6wks before the go live date. 13 reps down to 7 on our team. 2 were already gone thru attrition the previous 6 months.
