There should be much more transparency in this whole process. Many people had no idea layoffs were coming and that should never happen. Good management is honest with its employees in good and bad times. Keep us in the loop on what's going on instead of dropping it on us like an anvil!

They 100 percent knew the layoffs were coming. Leadership was trying to shut down rumors but all the signs were there. First work was really slow. After that overtime was cut and work got even more slow. Then came the layoffs. All the supervisors "didn't know a thing until the day of." I call BS on that.
Pre layoff, the team leads were told to shut down all rumors of layoffs. Leadership knew this was coming and tried to hide it. They pulled people out mid shift. It was a shock to everyone. Dirty rotten, that's what they are.
Yes. At the Logan Utah plant was no truth to the rumors of a layoff. But today they laid off over 90 production workers and are likely not finished. Liars. Never to be trusted.
