What raise did people in Aberdeen get?

NSEjv... I totally agree! Stock grants and options were special rewards for adding value. Raises also were not an annual event. The "time of the entitled" has made these an expectation not a reward . Same bunch has a hard time dealing with receiving anything less than "above average" at performance review. Saw professionals lose their minds when given "room for improvement" at their review.

You young people are so fortunate. Up until about the turn of the century(yr 2000) bonuses and LTI were not given to non-executives and raises were normally less than 5%. You needed a promotion to get a large raise and then you basically just plodded along in non-promotion years. Oh, and jobs were not as plentiful as they are today in the oil industry. There should be no complaining about compensation.
