This is the first time in a long time where I just let it all go. Gave disagrees to all major leadership and my own leadership a neutral. Couldn't agree or tend to agree on much of anything. It was as eye-opening to me as it will likely be to leadership - assuming they aren't just giving their own management a reach-around.
