How RIF works now in US? Immediate? Or 2 wks notice?
imho, ORCL shld have some decency not to carry out RIF during holidays, but yeah, common sense is uncommon in ORCL.
my time, its region by region, minimum compensation/notice as legally required.

No, I know all regions were impacted, however due to labor laws those other regions will get notices later
