They layoff employees regularly but still do not have process sorted out, do not know if I have to ship only the laptop or the peripherals as well, how to access workday, how to return the phone etc. They have hired jokers as people manager who know nothing about people management. We are getting through as the ADLs are helping and supporting each other, I have no idea how C1 get voted as the most innovative company and top 100 hundred company to work for, having experienced everything now I know all these rankings are rigged!!!

A lot of people need to find a job quickly because they are the main breadwinner or have kids in college, etc. Even though it’s risky it’s sometimes easier to stay within the same company with the devil you know, especially if you know the severance is good worst case scenario (dark but true)

I used to wonder why people stay in abusive relationship, the people in C1 are bullies, I guess people like being bullied and want to go back to C1, the fear in them does not let them explore other options. Who am I to judge but I agree why go back to be redeployed again in future!!!
I know only of 2 ADLs who got another tech job back at capone. There might have been more but to go back is just crazy.
