A RIF with Care Plus?

nothing in WARN notices about Onehome either, but for sure a RIF happened.
When is Care Plus going? Will it be a RIF, or all the non SNP people transition to Humana programs?
2fvc+1lYOVmXK- been through enough RIFs to know about Boston Consulting, I don’t think at my level that’s something that would be brought up, nor will we be told if PITAs are going on. Just seems like there is a lot of writ on the wall, you know? Care Plus is not looking so good

@2yak+1lYOVmXK They don't discuss things like RIFs at meetings at this level. They usually have a consulting group come in and do the numbers. If you hear BCG or Boston Consulting Group you can bet RIFs are not far behind.
Will the care plus workers be absorbed by Humana or RIFd? Time frames? From what I’ve heard about care plus, I’m not surprised
ID: @1kvu+1lYOVmXK SNP is already managed by Humana. CarePlus will be phased out as an independent insurer. Senior management so badly under-performed. Each time Humana digs a little deeper they find more and more issues. This is a business pattern Humana follows. Providers outside of Miami hate CarePlus and most refuse to take their members. Last major meeting was all finger pointing.

One home health has very poor care. I'm not surprised.
With the acquisition of kindred and centerwell doing home health, that would make sense…and it may not have made the news depending how many were actually laid off or reorganized
So why is care plus still having members connected to one home care? Was it in certain areas? They have been understaffed for awhile.
Wow, this is a huge surprise but probably why they moved almost everything to the golden child home solutions! Soon Humana will realize there is absolutely NO value or return in home health reviews, and the merry band over in Home Solutions will be gone baby gone!

It’s not senior bridge. they came in last Tuesday and surprise surprise we are doing RIF and today is your last day! From what I heard it started with medical directors all the way to support staff.
If one home is part of senior bridge, those layoffs were announced in January, and the closure of offices
