Take your degree and work somewhere else. Stocking shelves shouldn't be your career cap. Mdlz doesn't value you
To the person whom posted " d-mb merchandisers are jealous of sales reps", I have to disagree with your statement. I'm a merchandiser and I have an associates degree. I worked hard to achieve both of these.
I wouldn't want to be a sales rep. Also, I work very, very hard. I always do my job and my sales rep doesn't have to fill the shelf, hutches or large displays in the front of the store. There may be some merchandisers out there who don't do their jobs, but don't stereotype us all.
I've always been proud to represent Mondelez. I'm glad, thankful, I have a job.
Sadly, lack of appreciation is becoming even more normal.
You know you have a few people on here who are here just to stir the pot over and over again. The reps at MDLZ work hard and really do care. for the same few to keep saying they order from their cars is an insult the majority that do the jobs and do it well. Yes this is a big change and reps will focus in on their high volume stores and know where to lean to make their number. So stop with all the negative BS and let the reps that care do their damn jobs

While there may be some reps somewhere that do this, no one I know on our team does this.
This is a continual statement some people make to try to justify the poor treatment of sales reps.
I’ve gotten territories after a realignment and store management didn’t know the previous rep who’d been in role for years. Pathetic! Those are the reps that get promoted 🤣
Most of the SRs just order from their car anyways. What's the big deal? Don't even bother to get out. Orders sh-t that is just gonna pile up a backroom. Real "Salesmen"
Well you don’t have to write any orders or do any merchandising so there’s really no excuse. Get off your phone and start selling like your job depends on it.
