Mid level VPs apparently still have unlimited vacations or maybe they think it doesn’t apply to them and/or maybe a set -up to add to their list for “grounds to fire”.
No more layoff please. I have not taken a vacation day this year. I want things to go back to normal and enjoy my unlimited vacations.
Absolutely yes! It’s only a matter of time. Folks are just waiting so they need to get it done so the rest can move on with their jobs. I say April.
No OCI is exempted from layoffs and can look forward to double digit raises, RSUs and bonuses.
