Jobs cut in USA move to India.. the total number of Kyndryl India gonna above 30000 soon.

with kyndryl losing the at&t managed infrastructure account in a few days, they got everyone (US only) together and stated that there would not be sufficient opportunities based in the US to bother with putting almost 800 people on the bench and they would move immediately to a workforce rebalancing action.
This is not true, people in India are in this layoff storm too…
During the spin-off, Indian based resources made up about 31%. Adding 30K more will make Kyndryl an India based shop, with about 2/3s of headcount located there.
Managers mentioned that our jobs will be handled by people in Asia and no longer need our services. They also mentioned we are paid more !!! Really???
