We need only one metric. How many black woman Corporate Social Responsibility officer we have ? We need at least 5-7 more.
Obviously,they don’t know what they’re doing by taking off strategic quality sales ( upgrades and pull thru) away. That’s were the volume is with retention and step ups! And you get hit with in store pickups if they don’t set up the phone in the store! The only positive note that the mgrs are checking on behaviors andyour presenting the 5 matrices in your interactions Lol,
You can have Lexus and Toyota. More people will buy Toyota. Let me put this in Gen Z terms. You can have Starbucks Reserve and regular Starbucks, but it won't matter. They won't show up because they are offended.

Come on now! The metric that was left out was upgrades,the one metric we did volume thus a big part of revenue. So how many people are you going to " walk" out of the store because of no insurance, accessories
home internet ( most areas do not qualify) no add a lines to resellers this month! And the 30 dollar set up and go ! The stores will be ghost towns in 2 years.the frequent compensation changes are an obvious sign they don't know what they're doing.
