Too many organizational changes

C1 lacks stability, there is so much Organizational change that happens, it is difficult for employees to keep track. So much organizational change is not good for the motivation of the employees, they just do something to keep themselves busy and their bosses happy, C1 can easily shed 50% of its Director and above staff to become more leaner and better.

Too many lazy and unqualified directors and above that reorganizes teams because they don't know what they're doing.
