As a former M6, there is a lot of deadwood in mid and senior executive ranks in the company. Often people have little exposure outside of oracle, with many execs been with the company for more than 20years. While tenure and loyalty is great and should be rewarded, many promotions seem to be to those that have been around within Oracle, rather than fresh blood and new ideas. I have seen my fair share of SVP’s and EVP’s promoted well beyond competency level. Oracle hires managers, not leaders, and that is evident in its hiring processes and guides for M levels. I’ve always said I could easily make oracle a $200 USD a share company. It’s leadership, structure and hiring is causing the business to not be aligned, responsive, to industry market and changes: including having the wrong leaders for specific industry sectors. A lot of bullying goes on, and many are more concerned with their paycheck and share options as you go higher up in levels, and not willing to rock the boat! Great products and talented people, poor business leadership. Customers don’t like dealing with oracle, “because oracle is too hard to deal with”. That I’m sure sales people have seen.

LE and SC do not give votes. They will tell you when it's time to leave.

The authority of Oracle rests in LE and SC. They get rid of those they want to get rid of when they want and/or need. . No one else at Oracle has real security especially mid mgmt. They detest mid mgmt because they know that is their biggest weakness.

LE and SC want Cerner & to partner with Nvidia. The new face of Oracle is transitioning now. Either you get prepared or you become unemployed.

IA training is the best thing you can do. IA will be regulated and it is also the new tool to get work done more efficiently.

Financial reporting will have to follow rules, regs and the law. This will cut out the corrupt businesspersons regardless where they are. The SEC, USPTO, DOJ and FBI will be prosecuting more because of AI. Prisons are big business. Most federal prisons make beds for the military and will be used in low income housing for the immigrants that in average 30,000 people each month are entering our country. Low income housing apartments are needed in every state because all immigrants being taken to every state.

The federal prosecutors are losing fees on dr-g and other violent crime and white collar crime are being given harsher sentences. There will be a wave of Big Texh Mid Mgmts in prison. All the signs are leading to this and the prosecutors are preparing themselves. The govt wants more control of Corp America.

Their us enough illegal activity with all Big Corpors for the past 5 years to fill federal prison also the new privatization facilities that are quietly being used. AI will take 5 year history and prosecute and going forward will get things back on trac. Inflation and recession will last a while as the govt gains more control.

Big Ciros wil have tighter margins and less cash. The new world order, global economy will take care of much of the Corp reserves.. LE will take hus cash out of Oracle and buying gold, silver and real estate as willl the larger institutional investors. Oracle will have a cash problem as will all Big Tech Corp.. don’t believe wait and see.
Throwing hundreds of millions will be over the Corps. LE abd SC will have more than ever.. empliyeess will he hired by private companies or contracted.

Oracle willl and has lost a lot business just as every other Big Tech Corp has because of the changes. Many former employees are contracting work for companies at home. Many 20 year office real estate loans are coming due and office buildings are being converted to low income housing.

If you want to contract fro
Home you will have to charge enough to cover health insurance for self employed which is much higher and also for retirement and cover your self employment tax (and office equipment and supplies) however, it is cheaper for companies to contract individuals than it is to pay in house employees and Oracle to do the same work
Send blind emails out to your customers and ask if they want or need help with IT.

There are consultants that are also hiring and helping Oracle companies (legal teams) get rid their subscriptions to Oracle knows they have not kept their part of the subscription agreements due to cutting corners on customer service so their agreement veil has been pierced and there are a lot attorneys that can charge big fees to get this resolved without going to court. A simple stern letter will work eventually. The courts do not support Oracle any longer. Govt wants control. Big tech Corp is largely responsible for much of this because they abused the system by using money for power.

Oracle knows they have not kept customer service at the level they should have which is the very reason they are rebranding to healthcare and AI.
Wake up all of you that think mid mgjts are here to stay. Oracle is in its way to becoming a new company. Mid mgmt will not be needed. HR is also in trouble, as well. AI will cut their costs.

The mid mgmt VP does what upper mgmt votes. You don’t get yourself to stay. If you aren’t able to understand that this biggest reorg in tha history of Oracle. Oracles products are outdated. Cerner and Nvadia will be the new face of Oracle.
Many between ages 55-65 will be in trouble. Others that have harmed people will be revealed. AI is revolutionary whether we want it or not. Giving accurate information accountability will finally be our reality.
AI will analyze history and forensics will be available in minutes.
If you taken from employees you will be revealed. Taking advantage of Oracle,, shareholders, customers and employees is unacceptable.

Mid level VP’s have to do what upper mgmt tells them. They don’t get to vote themselves off the isiand or not. Every person is subject to the law. Upper mgmt will not protect you from the legal decisions that certain mid level VPs that took advantage of them. Everything is changing. Get used to it. If you have taken work or manipulated your budget wrongly for your own personal gain that’s on you.
You will be history, soon.

Do politicians need term limits? Same reason that does not happen is the answer to your question. They will not vote themselves off the island.

Oracle's reorg is very different than, any other. Mid mgt consolidation is going to be a wake-up call for many. Those that took work for self-gain and promoted and called employees "commodities" might wish they could be employed some place and abused just as they have done and continue to do to this day. They still don't and will probably never get it but, words come back to haunt us -- with door mat principle, why are you still here, you need a therapist, all the degrading remarks never stop with them and they never stop for those that they think "do not matter' but, will find out that people do matter. Degrading employees breaks all the equality rules. No person in management that has abused employees should notr be allowed to remain in their jobs another day.

Accountability may not have practiced but, it is required by regs, procedures, employee law, SEC, USPTO, DOJ and other governances. Most things are measured by money and well let's just say, give a person enough rope and they will hang themselves. Might be a great subtitle for Oracle's unfolding.
Consolidation will reveal much. The money trail is easy to follow.
