Under the "Family" follett was great at flooding Glassdoor with really poorly constructed, positive job reviews. The current abusive hacks have a few shill posts, to be sure. I think it is less than 25% of the total posts.
Moral of the story- this abusive group lies, but not as much as the last monsters. You've got that going for you.
