There are truly dozens of people within this company making 6figs and their schedule is literally “first Wednesday of every month”... if we were to turn that 1 day into an actual work month it would be equivalent to the amount of time i spend taking a dump each day and getting paid $100,000 to wipe my Azerbaijan.

Lol. I think hybrid is great. I work on a finance team and was am able to fit in being a part time realtor and was able to get rid of child care all during my work hours. Thank you VZ!

If you cannot be efficient working from home, then find another job. No way VZW will open call centers again. Costs too much money. We were sent home and all we get is $50 for internet, while they saved so much.

I remember my office full of people chatting away about the outside world and reading their books. They were getting so much more done being in the office. The ones that remain employed after vsp are the biggest complainers of work from home since they can’t socialise as much in slack as they did in person.
