What's the salary range for support right now? For IC2, IC3, IC4, and IC5? What is the approximate range for each position? On Google, it says that the California Pay Range: is from $37.45 to $72.88 per hour; from $77,900 to $151,600 per annum. Is this true? Also, how do you get promoted quickly in support? Most people that have stayed longer than 10 years have not been promoted or given a raise, but some do get promotions.

There are a lot more than a few and a lot lower than 100k. Sinister really.
I know of two IC4s with 25+ years below $100K.
Support should have chagpt anwser all the customer calls for the salaries reported.
If you guys are being paid ridiculously low amounts like $39 and $45 per hour after 20 years at the company, why are you still with the company? Why not leave and get a much better compensation elsewhere? I know that with your experience you guys can find a job paying twice as much or more.

Better than me. I’m not even $39 for same timeframe. A--holes
The salary ranges are very wide .
I am a first line manager in support.
I know Support IC5 engineers who draws low 100s to >150k. They also get overtime paid.
IC4. $45 an hour. after 20 years. sucks 2 b me.
I am based in california. everyone i know in support gets paid more than 100 k
Oracle isn’t hiring in the most expensive states like California. You’re paid based on where you live and it’s always the lowest number. They only promote once a year and oracle doesn’t have a strong track for promoting.
IC5 and can confirm lowest end of that scale. Sad and stupid all at same time.
