Looks like the leaving at the end of the year has died down. Rumor is he wants to ride the AI bandwagon and leave a legacy. Good with me, glad he is staying, way better than any of the potential internal replacements!

$1300 sneakers and a $700 belt. https://www.hpe.com/h22228/video-gallery/us/en/Discover2023-26121/hpe-discover-2023-ceo-keynote-by-antonio-neri--with-asl-/video/?lang=en-US
Neri is leaving at the end of the year? You’re just writing that to make us feel better. Antonio is like a giant, dead tree stump. It will be a lot of work to extract him from HPE.
He is leaving at the end of this year. Consultants have been following around his potential replacements for a few months.
The good thing about Antonio is that when he lays off 10’s of thousands, he does it with heart and compassion. And he calls his mom every day. What a great guy.
I like Antonio and think he's the best CEO we've had in years.
Thank goodness that I left HPE when I did. Most of my former coworkers have left too. HPE shot themselves in the foot and it’s obvious that the company is like a rudderless ship.
HPE used to produce innovative products, now they produce Vice Presidents.
Antonio is the smallest problem of our humongous C-suite.
I was kicked out in 2015. I have to admit I thought both HPE and HPI were not going to exist 3 years after the split, so I think the guy deserves some credit. Both companies suck, though. My life has been much better post HP.
Why would Neri make you physically ill? I mean, he speaks with his 83 year old mother every day. That convinces you he’s a good guy right?
I get physically ill whenever I hear his name or see his picture.
The list of useless execs at HPE is very long. Antonio is just the beginning. First off, there are too many and they fight among themselves. A massive consolidation of BUs is needed.
