OTC is the next to be impacted by reductions/layoffs. No one is safe from the impact of reductions. Everyone will be doing the job of 2+ people. We’ve always been top heavy, now we are right sizing to attain ultimate profitability. RMs won’t be impacted, if anything the GVP role is becoming pointless and expensive. All the decisions they just made will result in the elimination of their role. BUT, it will be a while before that happens because there are many accounts to close and that coordination needs to occur before the next round. Current target date: October 2023
This is a test of the system. If Market Leaders work out, there will be additional changes. This system WILL work, we just have to keep adjusting.
