Was only a matter of time. I left in September, should have stayed and volunteered to quit to het 6 months severance.
Are these layoffs those that IBM announced in Jan would impact Kyndryl? And why/how can IBM layoff Kyndryl employees- aren’t you guys an independent company?
My severance is 3 months in the US. But I'm getting an employee attorney to negotiate more since they lied about my performance review to sack me shortly before being laid off.
What is the severance package for us?
Any news about CDO?
I was notified yesterday -so much for the company saying they would not be like ibm and do layoffs -didn’t take them long to follow the layoff path anyway - sad to say

It is NOT a site related to IBM but ... KYNDRYL! - are you aware of it?!

Above is from the UK announcement hitting Shared Services:
"To be specific, we are looking to reduce the size of the Shared Services Organisation across these functions:
CIO
Human Resources (HR) including Talent Supply Chain
Marketing
Asset Management
Kyndryl Business Operations
Procurement
Real Estate and Datacentre Services (RDC)"
"Subject to consultation, it is our intention to offer a voluntary scheme in order to minimise any involuntary redundancies. Whilst it is Kyndryl's policy to offer statutory minimum redundancy payments, any voluntary separations where initiated by Kyndryl will be on prevailing Kyndryl terms at the time of offering.
Kyndryl's voluntary separation package will be addressed during consultation, but it is our intention to offer a payment of 6 months’ Reference Salary (prorated for part time employees and inclusive of any statutory redundancy payment), subject to entering into an appropriately worded settlement agreement. Please note this information is only provided as an indication at this stage, and is subject to consultation with the employee representatives."
