Nail on the mutha f'n head. I had a customer recently go almost 2 weeks without a working phone. Nothing wrong with the phone. The system just wouldn't activate it. Called in on their behalf...like 30 times. This exact scenario is why. I straight up told the customer why their phone wasn't working. I told them to switch to AT&T if this isn't resolved soon enough.

I heard about the screen protectors today, but we’re keeping belkin, and getting more Verizon branded. Belkin isn’t going away….yet.

yeah the outsourced will be the nail in the coffin and what you say is true. I haven't heard about the screen protectors.
