At this point they will only increase the length of your sentence. Everyone knows what you are doing. If I were you, I'd be very careful what you do from here on out.

Dishonesty is what Oracle is about. They tell the truth to anyone. A company that hates their customers and employees should not be allowed to be in the market place. Things are different now, competition, AI and healthcare; VA and Cerner
deaths change everything.

Sounds like they might be playing a game. If They give bonuses then fire the persons bonused then next time they can include that amount to their bonus. . Sounds like this could be an interesting setup, padding their own pockets and because of staying swithin budget, no red flags. They can skim a few extra hundred thousand dollars because of the company's has billions a few hundred extra thousand dollars that the corrupt could be taking would be immaterial so auditors will not catch it. Those that might be doing this could have doing it for years. Follow the money.
Oracle is publicly company and suspicion is enough to warrant an investigation from feds.
If they are indeed taking and misusing money of shareholders, customers and employees. This could be big news.
The corrupt always think they are special that they deserve to take money because they think they are entitled.

If they would do that then, maybe expense reports need to investigated. Certainly personal dinners might show up on expense reports. It would be interesting to find out. If you own stock you need to request an investigation. .

It would also be interesting to find out from investigation if the mid mgmt used different names on expenses report and restaurant camera footage shows the same personal companion each time.
Easy to prosecute.
Also the money they are taking from company via expense reports for personal use is taxable. Illegal funds are taxable income which means they'll get tax evasion charges as well.

Been here almost 10 years, can confirm. Got raises the first 3/4 years but have not since.

Why the he-l would I stay with a company that doesn't value me enough to give me a 2% raise? To he-l with Oracle management and good luck to all the talented workers without better prospects.

I can assure you after being there 7 years, raises never occurred at least for me despite production. Helping grow cloud and making Oracle millions at least in deals - not sure of consumption but that wasn't the metric then. In a world when nobody wanted OCI and the main service was Enterprise DB and compute and I guess storage, we moved it.

You can overlook raises when the bonuses were good but then that got clamped down on. Maybe the bonus part was forcing me to leave because they felt I made to much base which was something I could get and more of elsewhere and I did. It all burnt me out. Unappreciated. I had two good managers when I started but 14 managers in 7 years. Never could build a relationship and that was OK. However, when you get taken for granted for so long and won't kiss #$# and worship, it was time to go. I had reached the end of my journey but achieved a goal of working for Oracle. I would not recommend working there. Newbies will most leave on their own if they have skills 1-3 years. Others by Oracle cutting staff. The ones who stay have no other choice or are OK kissing the shoes of their manager and others.

This will be an interesting year.
Some have gotten several big bonuses and will wish before end of summer that they had not gotten.

Must be the Class Of sales, typically they last a good 6 months, then you see them on termed list. It’s sad, but if you’re not making your numbers they are let go. Gosh, we live in a weird Oracle world.

Honestly, this is not true reflection of the past.

70% of my org got raises every year.

Can’t speak for this coming year.

Don’t need any sources for this. I work here and never get a raise.

This post must be a Class-Of person. Raises otherwise rarely happen unless you beg and plead and complete the promotion packet after giving your first child and completing an act of god.

What raises ?
Just be thankful if I(you) get to keep the job. That is if you are not looking out.

Raises? People have worked the last 20 to 30 years at Oracle and they have gotten ZERO raises. I know some that got a raise for the first time ever at Oracle last year after 20+ years.

Oracle does not give raises so this comment is irrelevant.
