Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Has anyone read other service providers’ threads? They’re all saying the same thing: Layoffs in April. Knowing the cunning & clever Red Fox Verlieson’s nature, they pretty much planned the elevate training to mask it all up. In fact they’ve been planning it for a while. This is why we haven’t seen any Blah abt it in the post here but someone still did & everyone took that person wrong, but its as true as it can be. They don’t want it to blasted out bcz no one care & produce those lame metrics which only make the GM look good no one else? Has anyone noticed those GMs who hardly cared, actually work now?? Those lame SMs who just come to work just clicking pics to look cool & how much “They” got done based off of our Solutions Specialists hard work?? This time its actually gonna be towards the bottom line employees (as if we haven’t lost enough ever since this joker whom we denote as the CEO of our company). There also have been talks abt VP level people visiting in the stores along with their useless counterparts known as DOSs & Area Managers & bringing in “Their” own specialized teams in order to secretly watch how we talk, interact & sell to the customer. So thats tells a lot in itself. Their whole reasoning behind their visit would be to thoroughly check & see where they can cut people out. So yeah its all gonna happen in front of our own eyes. We need to raise our voices and concerns and going Union would be a perfect example. It’s time now for sure. Ain’t no UNION REP here trying everyone to sign up etc, just trying to pass on some useful into on to others plus solutions so we can have our own say as well. They gladly say they are “At Will” employers, simply do ur job they harass u call the “Ethics” line not the HR line bcz thats USELESS. Put people whom u see are corrupt and put up an investigation against them. Every V Teamer should have that mentality, taking zero initiative on themselves bcz the company needs to be brought out in OPEN so literally the whole public can watch what goes in Verizon. Peace ✌️
