Chicago office closing 6/30

People informed today. No idea about what happens to their jobs. I guess it will be a combination of relocation, Remote and travel to Milwaukee

A few people have chosen to relocate. Seems like the urge is more at very senior levels

Why would you ever relocate for a job? You should figure out where you want to move first then look for a job there instead of the other way around. There are too many horror stories of people moving for a job only to be let go a few weeks later - so they were jobless, away from family & friends, in a place they only went to for the job only to have nothing in the end

Those roles will be moved to Omaha or BH. Both locations are being pushed hard for new hires, relos and internal Job movement.

I know when people refer to chicagoland people typically say Chicago. Is this specifically the Chicago office or are they talking about the Chicago Land area?
