Most people are fed up with Mondelez and the attitude towards employees here and of course everyone is looking for a better opportunity for themselves.
However, I think it's becoming a big problem because the turnover is so high. Some of my former coworkers have not been replaced yet.
When will the turnover slow down?
Will Mondelez do anything to slow it down?

I did all of that, fought back against thier lies. Always had written proof of their abuse. Reported them to HR ect... And guess what I got laid off lol
EMAIL is the only way to communicate with management, that way you can catch them in their "lies".
Ask for clarification regarding bereavement and cc yourself, ask for clarifications regarding PTO.
THEY do this because WE or YOU let them get away with it. Management has no accountability, start holding them accountable, it's not hard. Until this happens they won't, people need to change and make them answer, in writing!
It works
Yep, I was also cheated out of due paid bereavement leave.
This company does not want the employees to use any of the benefits they supposedly offer.
I've been denied pto in the past. Also had management lie to me about how much pto and bereavement days I had. I'm sorry but not everyone wants to throw thousands of pounds of product for 50 hours a week when we were told no more than 40 in the interviews.
The way merchandisers get a day/week off over here is to request it. If it's open I get it. Never been turned down for a request yet.
Overwork employees? You do get overtime pay don't you? I like a little overtime at time and 1/2 it never bothered me.
The answer is NO! It’s been that way for years! They overwork employees, really badly! The only way to get a day off as a merchandiser is to quit, and then they will take you back….that’s desperation! It’s been a revolving door for a long time!
