We have had fines, missed SLAs and actions filed due to files not being delivered on time due to being so severly understaffed. MB doesnt seem to do a thing about it. FB is insane.
Why name FIS, meta, Microsoft, Amazon and salesforce?
They aren’t the only tech companies out there.
Try naming the thousands of unhappy clients we have. They hire tech as well.
And they are in the fintech field specifically.

Sounds like FIS, Meta. Microsoft, and Salesforce have competent leadership and will hire employees to fill gaps.
Fiserv cannot find people to hire under the self-imposed conditions and so those 600 positions remain unfilled.
If you are going to cherry pick stats, at least don't pick one that makes you look bad.

Fiserv has 600 jobs posted yes. In the wrong places and having extremely limited success filling them or retaining those that we need for the matter. If you’re going to lecture at least be honest. Those jobs mean nothing and the company is being destroyed by old rich men with no interest in actually creating something.
Such a stupid company right now. Management has no task other than monitoring and trying people to come to in the office with no real value. This company is a sham, leave asap.
You can have a million jobs posted.. posted means nothing - it matters in actually hiring.
Net employees decreased 7% (at best) so that means more are leaving than coming in.
Fiserv has over 600 jobs currently posted. How many at FIS, how about Meta. Microsoft, Salesforce, ohh yea how about 0. Some of the posters here have no real world perspective in comparing Fiserv because that's all they know apparently. At least read the news occasionally.
