It is very interesting how the personal friends of my RM are being promoted with pay increases and others with way more seniority are offered cuts or walk. Yes, RM definitely made these decisions. When she took the RM position she promoted the same exact people, and they were in stores that were under performing. I guess managers in under performing stores do have lots of free time on their hands. Maybe now they will actually have to put in 40 hrs instead of their normal 25-30.
That's not how it went down. RM's had a hand in this sh-t, trust me . They were told to thin the herds and that is what they did. IDK why they would allow inexperienced employees to get promoted but it's mostly about the bottom line. Those of us with 10+ years experience cost to much.
This person made too much money, this person isn’t in an area where they can easily be in charge of multiple stores, etc. Most of these people are in smaller to medium stores, so not the pets. That’s how they decided. Anyone who impacted their bonuses or couldn’t be used to oversee multiple units were out of luck.
All these people who sound happy about being promoted are in for an unpleasant time running multiple stores. I think they’re worse off and I feel sorry for them.
