I dont understand. What is taking so long to pass out everyone's 1-2% merit increases and minor bonuses? We have people quitting so there is extra money available. How much longer are we supposed to pretend?

Was notified today of raise. I’d say it was about 1.5-2% higher than normal. Even with them making all on my team “meets” because they didn’t want to have to prove anything more to PL.

All I did was ask if L3 get bonuses this year...
timing aside, can we talk about how 1-2% raise seems to be normal???? cost of living has been 5% or more for the last 10 yrs
The raises normally go into effect the 1st of April. They will show up in your pay check on April 15th. I have gotten notified of my raise as late as April 14th. So just hold your pants on.
"Merit is always effective April 1st" They have pushed this out 1-2 times in the last 10 or so years. It does sound like it will be April 1st this year though.

You should've gotten your bonus already. If not, talk to your manager.
Your merit increase has already been submitted and is awaiting approval. I expect we'll get the final numbers next week, and they kick in effective April 1 for most. If your manager doesn't say anything by next week, raise the issue with them.
My manager told us that he has the numbers but they just need to be finalized so I’m assuming we will know within a week or two.
But I agree, it should not take this long for the 1-2% increase and pizza party (satire)

Frank just cashed his bonus check. They needed to get a few more sales before they could pay everyone else. Too bad all the sales people are busy with flooding a zone.
Have you asked your manager? Hopefully they didn't just give you 0% and are not talking about it.
