Why as a rep would I want to waste time setting up a customers phone for five in the bucket when there is a Q of sales waiting? Even one bald upgrade would be better and quicker. Is management going to spontaneously combust when the smart money driven reps give up on SUAG?

Write ups are bs. Finally got my first write up after 9 years. Literally nothing changed. Got off the write off while barely doing anything different and now I do the bare minimum required of my job. All the write up did was stop me from going above and beyond. Just cheese the system.
Let them write you up? What's the worst that could happen? After 9 years, I've never been afraid of their consequences. Oh nooo don't write me up! Omg! Get over yourself vz. No one is motivated to work hard for this ceo. The comp plan is always a scam. Look at all the money they stole from employees when surveys were counted against our pay. This company is nothing but a scam, stealing money from its front line while blaming them for clerking, and not doing anything productive at the leadership level altho they reap all the benefits and get paid way too much to do photo shoots and pretend to make changes that better their workforce. Anyone above general manager is getting paid too much to micromanage metrics that don't matter.

You can't get written up for not hitting SUAG. They'd write up over half the company. They could try me.
You'll be told you'll be written up If you don't hit the target for suag, already happening in our area, and don't worry, well probably get an easy month out of the gate for quota, but they will just set targets high enough that you can't get the extra payout.
