Manager never responds to feedback that our job is unrealistic. I thought we are supposed to speak up. If we speak up we are told to be positive not negative. What is going on here!

If facts bother you then move on. If you want to get to name calling we can, but know I am better than you at it. I bet I can even figure out who you are.

This makes you sound like a second grader. You should have learn by now 'speak up' is company speak to identify who thinks they know more than the owners.
You speak up and only one outcome you can be assured of: your idea will be stolen and you will be on the next round of downsizing.
You’ll be heard after brown nosing. That’s the company for ya!
I learned, after being told the same thing, and being put on a PIP, is the way it’s presented…saying unrealistic means a slam on the system, the coach, and not being a proactive kind of person. I was told the better approach would have been to speak with your coach about the “challenge “, and how you can work together to help you in your role. Sounds silly, and it says the same thing, but it puts the onus on the coach that you’re struggling and for them to help with solutions.
This is what managers do. It’s normal behavior, unfortunately.
