I thought most of the Ireland tax loopholes were closed or being closed?
Industry-wise there is a Biopharma hub in Ireland, but that only really plays to SPSD. The main factory locations would point to a German HQ.
The only thing I'm sure of is that the HQ won't be in UK or Northern Ireland due to Brexit.
