Stop harassing the reps you hire over individual metrics. If we miss one metric out of many like vz home, vp, or accessories we are automatically disincentivised to sell to that customer. We are so worried about hitting those metrics in one sale, we lose out on other possible sales. Trust your sales reps to do their jobs and stop micromanaging. I guarantee things will turn around for the better if that is done. Better elevate them managers to the trust area since we are all supposed to be working ethically.

They'll realize this when it's too late and vz is on the verge of bankruptcy and then they probably blame front line employees for not doing they job.

I've been saying this for years. Any sale is better than no sale. They make it so you're better off walking a customer most of the time. It should always have been volume over quality. They just want quality over volume. I'd rather have 500 devices out with 25% protection but they want 50 devices with 75% protection. Some time ago everything g went off course and just when they were about to reel it back in, the old dogs that know nothing else brought back what was never actually working.
