Well, will there be a clean-up of the rest of the toxic "leadership" left in GT after the RAT departed??
The sh**storm has carried on through the minion ratlettes. It's not enough to chop off the head of the monster.
Fear-based leadership rules the day. Silos are worse than before. People "in the trenches" of GT are being told to hunker down and hold it all even closer than before. Destructive.
There is ZERO "one Nike" in this org.

The toxic leadership under RAT was the reason I left. After my HR complaint against one of his Sr. Directors was ignored and closed 3 times I was transferred to report to the Sr. Director I'd filed the bullying complaint against. Gave my notice and left a job and teams that I loved.
Is there a way to volunteer to be laid off? I’d be happy to leave with the smallest cheque.
I was in management and I have left Nike due to the crooked Kohl's management. The employee survey will be important in helping to get rid of the bad management. They are supposed to be anonymous. If you aren't happy, make your views known. One person can't affect change but if a lot of people express dissatisfaction, there will be a better shot of positive changes. GT has had many years of poor morale. Give them numbers that they can't ignore.
I’m hearing layoffs are coming but in small groups on separate dates to avoid the WARN act. TA, HR, Finance, and admins.
It will be very difficult to undo the damage that was done. Even before the RAT Nike GT had serious problems but he definitely will be remembered as one of the worst leaders Nike ever had.

It’s going to take a loooong time and a really strong leader to fix what the rat broke. I would love to see someone with Nike experience come back as CDIO because I think that’s the only way to quick resteer the ship. RL fired almost every GT VP that was there before him so plenty to pick from 😂
Why are you still there? Get out and you will be glad you did. Nike is beyond repair.
