Most associates have and are complying with the "majority" policy. So a few observations.
- Stop pressuring beyond the majority" or change the policy.
- If someone is not coming the majority then deal with it but don't burden the rest of us with the endless messaging.
- Stop letting individual managers create their own policy. This undermines everyone when managers don't follow the "majority".
- Recognize badge reports don't capture many legitimate reasons for being out of the office. For instance I travel to clients location's as one example, there are many more.
