How is it Humana is rated one of the top places to work? The data has got to be skewed, or the pool selected for the rating is skewed.

I am not an employee but I didn't hear about the nose pickers at your company. Seriously, how can people eat their booger? Gross.
Some teammates who are low in some work are taking on different assignments to help out with the work load. On one hand, if there is another RIF, since they’re “helping “, it’s sort of been proven there isn’t enough work in their role, on the other hand, it’s nice to have the help and it sort of proves the last RIF was a bit short sited with having to plug those holes
Talk to anyone that got RIFed over the last four years, has paid a truckload of money for insurance benefits that don’t pay anything, or got screwed over with a poor raise when your review was good and you’ll be singing a very different tune than the Humana corporate fan club.
Most of these companies name any company as best place to work for money.
Glassdoor manipulates reviews all the time.
I'm happy. Metrics are not unrealistic in my dept.
welll. working there wasn't bad, at least up until it became a revolving door for RIFS and unrealistic metrics.
