It should be called a $1000 flicker because it will just be a flicker of hope once they set quota for the month. It will basically be unattainable. Don’t let them fool you. Chargebacks will extend to 6 months as a means to jerk the rug.
It’s better than the previous team commissions. Individual commissions needs to fully come back if you want to properly incentives sales, but it’s heading in the right direction with the new $1000 kicker l
