Patrick Law's team has been forced 5 days a week in Brookfield since last summer no exception. Welcome to the dumpster fire.

If FB/HR wants 4 days why doesn't he communicate directly over email or as a policy change, all I hear is rumors from higher ups. At least have the courage to talk to people directly and take responsibility. He didnt even sent a mail over the 3 days policy or when he fired so many in the last layoff.

I've been called by 2 recruiters in the last week offering jobs at Fiserv. Both explicitly said they were 5 day on-site. So apparently the recruiters have stopped the bait-and-switch.

Going to 4 days a week is true and will apply to most of Brookfield. Course that’s not too many since Frank fired everyone. 5 days at new location is not known but sure seems likely. Course that will make it harder to fill it, not like Frank gets that.

With collaboration, you only need 7 hours. /s

During covid, top 20% were working just under 10 hours active time, now after RTO, it is like 7 hours... but they blame people not coming into the office?!?!?

My productivity is way better at home than the office and Sapience proves it lol. Too many distractions. And we don’t collaborate, we just shoot the BS

Frankie boi is worth 550 million plus, but he isn’t as good as Jamie Dimon. Or as important or high profile. Or even of the same caliber or material.
Poor Frankie boi will never catch up.

Fränkenschnitzel is a control freak who cannot bear the fact that he has no control over the narrative of these forums, so he gets his jollies by punishing all associates instead. A sadistic man with too much money (worth >$550 million at the moment), folks.

I keep hearing “shame that some people are ruining it for everyone” implying stricter rules are the fault of the people not going in 3 days… rather than control freaks trying to get people to quit.

Been mandatory 5 days a week in the office for anyone in BKF that works under PLaws umbrella. Been like this for 6 months. Welcome to the dumpster fire, we have membership cards.

Still just 3 days for my group and I would have heard. Downtown won't be ready for employees until 1Q2024. Bet on it! I work in Bkfld & know the people who know.

Soon will be 5. Have to get the tax cut benefit, otherwise wouldn’t even be there.
For the “majority is policy” shill, you’re forgetting that 4 and 5 are majority as well.

We were told 3 to 4 days a week in the office. The emphasis was on 4. My boss actually pulled my attendance record and reviewed it with me. I'm trying to find a better work from home job.

Sorry more lies....the companies policy is the majority and that hasn't changed.

Someday they'll realize, if you treat people like kids, they will most likely act accordingly.

Fiserv is like the Uber-strict parents who don't let their kids have devices, or friends lol, and then wonder why daughter is pregnant at 16.
