So many layoffs at AT&T, things are actually way worse over there. I have friends who work there and they are miserable.

Idk I recently switched to ATT and the rep didn't beg or nag me about accessories, home internet, insurance protection, tablet and watch deals, or setup fees. I gave then my port info and pre-ordered my phone with no issues. Glad I switched from VZ. All they do is nickel and dime their customers to death. And my cell signal has been stronger than vz's 5G in most places so far.
Wait what about their union ? So why do they get a 10% pay cut to union each check and they are still getting laid off ?
If things are so great here compared to AT&T why are you on this web site!
AT&T sucks. They are stuck in the 1950's when it comes to management and operations. Everything we complain about here is multiplied by ten there.
And it’s not miserable here?
