The expectations are getting higher every day and I am feeling exhausted already.
How can they expect excellent results from burned out and disappointed employee

Work from home is mostly a benefit, There are many hospitals that pay more, yet every other weekend and holiday does not make it worth it. I am very happy to have my job. Yet, it seems the metrics will be pushed and pushed until people start leaving like they did a few years ago. I am disappointed with that.
You do realize we work from home and we are paid more than hospital staff-except travel nurses. Seems like nothing can be done to please alot of people who work here.
That’s why I’m not associated the company anymore!
The comments here makes me happy I quit at right time.
