Pruning of deadwood.
- if u have a mtg, check who booked the physical venue, is it local HR? it is usually 1st thing in the a.m.. 9 a.m. 10 a.m.
- check some other rm(s), those small enough for 1 to 1 discussion, u noe, if same day retrenchment, they need to discuss compensation individually, or yank some pple (in case they need counseling).
- who in ur team or other teams (same location), recv it?
- since u have to attend mtg, time away from work, u need to(or pretend to) inform ur mgr, c what he/she says.
