Are other departments toxic and dysfunctional s**t show as Supply Chain?

I am getting frustrated and beginning to hate this place. What is wrong with these managers!
A constant political battle and drama everywhere. Most managers are dangerous and manipulative.
Nice we have a new supply chain office but we still have the same bullsh*t culture.
This is not anything new. Nepotism, poor management, favoritism, and backstabbing is norm. Hidden better not but still exists. No matter how they change things up it's still a S**T Show!
TIS has been a pit of misery for years now. It's really that bad.
Supply chain is a lost cause. The managers have too much air cover protection. Don’t expect things to change.
I must be on a different side of the floor...I've been her 15years and could be happier with my lord and savior PT! We should praise him for his trailblazing vision and leadership as he takes us into the 1980s!
New office same bull**it. I invested 5 years of my life for this department. Regrets staying this long! No regrets leaving. Be highly cautious working at enbridge in houston.
SCM is a revolving door for employees. One drops out then another is hired.
The only way to survive is nodding your head yes to your masters and be willing to accept no life goals.
Finally people are speaking out! I totally agree that ethics is not one of Enbridge’s strengths. What else do you expect from them?
Environment violations: check
Class action labor lawsuits: check

Nepotism: check
Discrimination: check
Pathetic company.
Beware of this company. They exploit employees and contractors. Don’t expect any employee rights if things turn south.
Are there really other groups as toxic as Projects? That’s hard to believe… we just had our quarterly “Pep Rally” today. SCM, TIS, you’re not alone! More of the same… Leadership is C.L.U.E.L.E.S.S!!! Even those that really want to contribute are starting to give up. It’s a very tough company to work for! I want to pu-e every time I hear the Phrase mental health mentioned by someone in a leadership role! Where does this company get positive reviews… surely not those that actually do work (or try to)! How does it go… the first step is admitting you have a problem… well we can’t even seem to admit we have an F’ing problem, so we’re screwed!
This is my advise to anyone joining the Houston branch. Just don’t. Run the other way. Don’t be desperate. The company is ran by worthless individuals. No ethics. Supply chain is technologically behind the times. It’s ran by people who don’t even have educational backgrounds for in Supply Chain. People leaders aren’t leaders and will toss you to the side to protect themselves. Toxic.
Houston we still have a problem!!! This poor excuse of a company chased away the honest employees. It appears SCM transported back in time when bigots and racists ran amuck. It’s time to liquidate the supply chain department and refresh with new blood.
TIS is worse. Treatment of people is horrible. Employees get treated like they treat the outsourced group. Bullying is not only the common way to treat people but it seems as if it’s also encouraged. Leadership is either oblivious or have their head stuck in the sand. Funny how both the groups that seem to have a lot of complaints are parallel to one another. Maybe it’s time for Greg to taste how rotten this apple really is.
