When I see cryptic posts like this I always assume the OP doesn’t know anything and is just trying to stir the pot. It’s like Cindy Brady running around telling anyone who will listen, “I know a secret, I know a secret!” With everyone wanting to slap Cindy into next week.
Last week there were layoffs in Brand Creative.
Everyone is mysterious in this website because no one knows exactly and if they do they don’t say anything. But I doubt they do.
Still waiting to see some one answer what’s going down
I know our tech team works remote, they haven’t mentioned anything about forced relos yet. Maybe they’re targeting certain teams? Our VP has been pretty clear with us, they would like us in office but understand some people prefer to WFH. They really only care if you’re delivering, so far in my team (25) I’d say half work from home about 100% of the time, the other half is the office about 2 or 3 days a week. I go because I like the change of scenery, but I know some people literally just hate people or distractions.
Regardless - our team’s policy is pretty clear. You deliver, we ain’t got problems. If you fail to deliver, we got problems.
Everyone likes to be so effin mysterious on this site.
Forced relo’s, layoffs and reorg again. Rat needs to tether his snakes before this gets out of control. LJ is worse than DH. Not everyone wants to be in person nor can afford to move here. They’re making morale worse. Forcing creates anger and revolts against an already unhealthy company. Let everyone work from where they want. We’ve already proved we can. As long as the work is being done, who cares where you’re at. Let in person people be there and let the rest not. I’m referencing tech. I do know the biz side feels the same. Who cares as long as the work is done. Low performance issues? Trust that is being tracked.
This is true. It may all hit heavily closer to end of fiscal. So much movement and upheaval. Those duplicate PM roles y'all been whining about? Yah. THAT.
Is there something we need to know about? Is it tech, hr, product…?
What sh—t do you mean exactly?
