We now have one of 3M’s largest investors trying to oust Roman which the board clearly doesn’t care about. Is there anything employees can do? Create a petition? It’s so sad to see what’s happening to this company! :(

Most of us still shine externally
It depends where you are in company - perception outside. If your BG is f-chem, your brand may be hurt
Actively apply outside the company. MMM has a strong enough brand for now that it will still look good to on a resume to other companies. Can't say that will be the case for long.
