Severance pay

On the document it states if you find a position within Chase 90 days after termination date you are required to pay back the UNUSED portion of the severance pay.

What if you "used" it all?

Not to mention, if find another Position in Chase and are hired they have 90 days to make sure it’s a “good fit” and if it’s not you’re in the same positions.

It depends on how long you were there and how many weeks it covers. I was laid off in June (termed August) and rehired end of September with a different LOB. Enough time had passed that I didn't have to pay anything back.

if you were with the company for a long time, my friend has been, I urged her to take 1 year worth of severance and leave, she found another job within 2 months, kept the severance :) + anyone I know who decided to stick around and return severance or find a job within the org, ALWAYS regrated it, something to keep in mind !

HR will set up a pay plan and deduct from your paycheck until paid back. if you dont pay back the lump or sign the agreement to doc your check.. you are terminated again
