I worked at Enterprise Tech at truist and I was considered high performer, but didnt get good reviews due to d-mb and clueless manager, didn't get a good pay raise.
Got tired of being managed by d-mb people, I joined Seattle based company and tripled my pay from ~105k to 300+ grand. Moved from hot NC weather to nice Pacific weather.
Leaving truist was the best choice of my career.
Dont complain about management, about low pay raise, about poor working conditions.
Just get up, start grinding, ki-l all your interviews and double your pay! Be open for relocation as well, opens up more opportunities
